Purpose and scope
The extension connects your FC Ultimate Team Web App with your FUT Club AI account for club synchronization, observed game prices and squad exports that you review. This notice also describes the related extension data received by the FUT Club AI service.
Information handled
The extension handles your opaque FUT Club AI account identifier, a revocable connection credential, PC/Console platform metadata, requested-operation timestamps and progress; FC player/manager item identifiers and metadata such as rating, club, nationality, league, tradeability and loans; in-game market price observations; and squad names, selected players and tactics you explicitly export. It does not request your human name or email for pairing, read general browsing history, track unrelated activity, or handle payment-card, health, location or personal-message information.
Connection and consent
Pressing Connect in the popup, or Sync in My Club, uses the FUT Club AI account already signed in to this Chrome profile. If sign-in is needed, it occurs on FUT Club AI; connection completes after sign-in. There are no app address or key fields to fill out. Before connecting, the interface describes the club and price data shared with your account. FC sign-in remains on EA's site. The extension does not ask for your EA password or two-factor codes.
Storage and transmission
Private connection credentials are kept in Chrome's in-memory session storage, not persistent local or sync storage. Closing the Chrome session discards that credential; you can reconnect using your app sign-in. Previous extension versions stored credentials locally; this version moves an existing credential into session memory and removes its local-storage setting.
Non-secret app addresses, detected platform and resumable operation status use Chrome local extension storage. An unfinished connection request expires after ten minutes; browser startup cancels unfinished connection/sync requests. Full club inventory is stored in your FUT Club AI account instead of duplicated persistently in the extension. Chrome's own site sign-in and cookie storage remain managed by Chrome.
Club inventory and observed prices are sent through HTTPS to https://futclubai.com/api and associated with your account. The service stores inventory and related workspace records until removed using its account controls or by the operator. Access-restricted backups can retain earlier records until the operator removes them; contact nodenub@gmail.com for retention or removal questions. Server connection credentials are stored as hashes, not reusable plaintext credentials.
FC session headers are temporarily retained inside the FC tab only, to complete operations through its existing signed-in session. They are not persisted in extension storage or transmitted to FUT Club AI. Closing the FC tab discards its in-memory session information. Reviewed squad exports send the selected squad information to EA's services using that FC session.
Access and sharing
Host access is limited to FUT Club AI and www.ea.com. FC content scripts and runtime checks target the official FC Web App path specifically. Chrome host grants are domain-level. The extension does not collect data from third-party player sites or download extension code from a server. The separate app imports its public catalog and market feed independently.
Information is used only for the described user-facing functions. It is not sold or used for advertising, unrelated analytics, creditworthiness or lending. Necessary recipients are your FUT Club AI service and EA for the operations you request. There are no advertising or unrelated analytics integrations.
Controls
There are no scheduled daily scans or Chrome notifications. Sync begins from your explicit app action; FC opens in the background unless sign-in requires your attention. Exports require the app's explicit Create confirmation. Failed full scans keep the previous completed import.
Revoke extension access, export account data or delete your FUT Club AI account in app Settings. Revocation blocks later authenticated extension API access; it does not erase existing imported data. Uninstalling the extension removes its local/session storage, but not data already sent to the service. Closing Chrome clears the in-memory connection key. Active subscriptions, if any, must be cancelled before account deletion. Contact nodenub@gmail.com for privacy questions.
