Privacy

What we store

• Your account: your email address, the name you choose, and either a password (stored only as a secure hash) or the Google or Discord account you sign in with. We receive your email address and an account ID from Google or Discord, nothing else.
• Your club: the players and managers the extension imports from the EA FC Web App (card IDs, ratings, versions, tradeability, loans), your platform (PC or Console) and when you synced.
• What you make here: saved squads, your builder draft, evolution plans, watchlist cards, price alerts and your preferences.
• Usage needed to run the service: how many builds you've used, sign-in sessions, and short-lived records that protect sign-in and email links from abuse.
• Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe handles the payment. We store your Stripe customer ID and your subscription status, never your card details.

We don't store your EA password or two-factor codes; EA sign-in happens only on EA's site. Market prices the extension sees, and prices you enter by hand, are kept with your account and removed with it.

Why we use it

To run the app you signed up for: build squads from your club, keep what you save, send the emails you ask for (verification, password reset, account deletion links and, if you turn them on, price alert emails), and manage your beta allowance or subscription.

Who else handles it

• Stripe, for payments, if you subscribe.
• Google or Discord, only if you choose to sign in with them.
• Our email provider, to deliver the emails above.
• Our hosting provider, whose server runs the site and its database.

Card data, market prices and player images come from public game-data sources, fetched by our server; nothing about you is sent to them, and pages on this site load images only from futclubai.com. A market build you try without an account is counted (when, and whether on a phone, tablet or computer) but not kept, and builds are limited per network address, which we store only as a one-way hash, as we do for sign-in attempts.

We don't sell your data, show ads or use third-party analytics or tracking.

Cookies and browser storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also keeps a few settings for this site, such as the theme, the market you picked and the setup list you hid. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Deleting it in Settings removes your club, squads, plans, watchlist, alerts, the prices you recorded and your sign-in sessions. Billing records Stripe must keep for tax purposes stay with Stripe.

Your choices

• Change your name, email preferences and connections in Settings.
• Remove your imported club or disconnect the extension at any time.
• Delete your account in Settings → Delete account (cancel an active subscription first).
• Ask for a copy of your data, or a correction, by email.
